REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a High School or College Football Coach.

HIGHLY PREFER COLLEGE FOOTBALL RECRUITING EXPERIENCE

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Able to easily evaluate players film and tell them what divisions they need to be targeting, what they need to work on as a player, and what they need to fix on their highlight tape.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales, marketing or coaching are a plus.

You will need a computer or laptop for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Primary Responsibility: Evaluate Players as needed for the Next Play team and prepare for each players evaluation a 10-15 minute professional video evaluations on players.

Provide clear direction on which divisions to target, what players need to work on, and what changes to make to their highlights.

Maintain accurate records of customer evaluations managed

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and effective evaluation management.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from potential clients.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly evaluation completion targets.

Continuously update your knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.

COMPENSATION: 

This is a part time basis and will be compensated $15 for each evaluation completed.

WORKING HOURS: 

This will be a part-time position. Each evaluation takes our Coaches currently under an hour and we would expect you to do about 5 per day typically at least 3 days a week. Potentially more if you can handle more. If we feel you are doing an excellent job on our evaluations for players we may even consider you for a full time coaching role in the future.
