REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a High School or College Football Coach or sales, appointment setter, sales representative, or similar role.

HIGHLY PREFER COLLEGE SPORTS EXPERIENCE

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM software and other relevant tools such as a multi-line dialer is preferred.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales, marketing or coaching are a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Primary Responsibility: Coach Athletes One on One on their confidence, communication skills, and recruiting journey.

Contact potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to handle and schedule appointments for our team.

Follow up with families and athletes and convert inquiries into appointments.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and effective lead management.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from potential clients.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.

Continuously update your knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.

SALARY: 

OTE would be a range of $3500-6500 monthly with the opportunity to grow into a higher level sales or coachings position as you grow within the company.

WORKING HOURS: 

This will be a full-time position. 8 hours a day 5 days a week.
